- NEIL ECCLES, ROCHDALE DEVELOPMENT AGENCY | Responsible for economic development, place marketing and inward investment. Neil is a driving force behind the Atom Valley Mayoral Development Zone and leads a number of regeneration programmes including the Advanced Machinery & Productivity Innovation Centre and the Sustainable Materials Translational Research Centre.
- REBECCA COLEY, TRAFFORD COUNCIL | Projects include delivering the strategic sites at Trafford Waters, Lumina Village and Carrington through reserved matters planning applications, and the adoption of the Civic Quarter Area Action Plan and the Trafford Design Code.
- SANDY LIVINGSTONE, ONWARD HOMES | Responsible for the delivery of Onward’s development programme of 5,000 new homes by 2030, a £100m retrofit programme addressing some of Onward’s least energy-efficient properties, and procurement of all the goods and services the group uses.

- LYNNE RIDSDALE, BURY COUNCIL | Leading inclusive growth strategies across the borough of Bury including two £40m levelling up sites in partnership with DLUHC; a pipeline of 700 new homes this year and a joint venture for the development of Northern Gateway – potentially the largest industrial site in the UK.
- STEVEN KNOWLES, MUSE PLACES | Responsible for the delivery of Muse Places' numerous projects within urban centres across the North West region. Specific projects include Talbot Gateway, Blackpool, Birkenhead Town Centre, Wirral and Times Square, Warrington.
- LOUISE EMMOTT, KINGSDENE | Provides developers with either combined or individual UK and international sales and marketing strategies from conception to completion and is passionate about delivering the appropriate design and specification of individual apartments and amenity spaces to create residential communities.

Shelagh has led multiple teams of investors, property experts, developers, planners, architects, artists and businesses in UK towns & cities alongside politicians and diverse residential communities for over 30 years.
