The world's largest gathering of start-up champions from around the world.

Hosted by Liverpool Vision, Global Entrepreneurship Week and the Kauffman Foundation, the Congress is this year taking place in Europe for the first time and includes a world-class speaker line-up including: Minister for Business and Enterprise, Mark Prisk MP; Sir Richard Branson, founder of Virgin Group; Sir Terry Leahy, former CEO of Tesco; Martha Lane Fox, founder of lastminute.com; Lord Heseltine, founder of Haymarket Group; Will King, founder of King of Shaves; Doug Richard, founding Dragon; and Lara Morgan, founder of Pacific Direct.

The Congress will welcome international delegates from more than 140 countries in addition to representatives from international organisations, including The Department for Business, Innovation and Skills, the Branson Centres in South Africa and Jamaica, StartUp Chile and StartUp America.
