FBE Manchester: One North (HS3) and critical North West–East Infrastructure Plans

The recently announced One North scheme is a vital infrastructure improvement scheme worth an estimated £14bn and will tie in with local plans for ongoing development and business as a whole.

Speakers include Sir Howard Bernstein, chief executive of Manchester City Council on the forthcoming plans in line with the proposed autumn budget update to be given by George Osborne.
