David Partridge joined Argent Group PLC in 1990 and was appointed Joint Chief Executive in September 2006. He is a member of the Royal Institute of British Architects and a fellow of the Royal Society of British Sculptors. After a degree in architecture at Cambridge, he became a founding partner of Gebler Tooth Partridge Architects based in Chiswick.
One St. Peter's Square will offer 273,000 square feet of BREEAM excellent, Grade 'A' office space in the centre of Manchester and the heart of the central business district. This important new building along with Manchester City Council's £185 million transformation and redevelopment of the Square, Library Walk, Central Library and The Town Hall extension demonstrates the scale of the city's ambition to transform its civic heart.
