Join the FBE Liverpool branch and our guest speakers, David Topham, chief executive of CTP and Nik Puttnam, divisional manager for development, housing and regeneration at Liverpool City Council, who will outline the proposed plans for the £200m Pall Mall scheme in Liverpool.
The joint venture partnership between Liverpool City Council, CTP and Kier Property, is proposing to deliver an office-led development comprising 400,000 sq ft of Grade A+ office space with retail and leisure uses, and a new landscaped public realm. This intended expansion of the city’s central business district would quadruple the supply of Grade A+ office space in the city’s commercial district.
