Organisations looking for guidance on the energy efficiency challenges that will arise from the introduction of the new Part LF requirements and Carbon Reduction Commitment (CRC) for 2010, would benefit from attending a breakfast seminar on Tuesday 13 October in Manchester hosted by SKM and Davis Langdon.

Owners of buildings, developers, contractors and architects looking to improve energy efficiency and performance for new and existing buildings will hear the tips and tools on how to tackle and prepare for these challenges as well as guidance towards compliance.

SKM's leading environmental building design specialist, Frank Mills will discuss Part LF 2010 and how to achieve low-energy and low-carbon buildings through design, construction and effective management and operation.

Davis Langdon's Head of Management Consulting and Sustainability Services, Dr John Connaughton will guide you through the new mandatory emissions trading scheme, Carbon Reduction Commitment (CRC).

The breakfast seminar will be held on Tuesday 13 October at the Radisson Edwardian Hotel in Manchester commencing at 8am.
