This free-to-attend seminar will provide an overview of construction adjudication together with the mandatory payment provisions of the ‘Construction Act’ and will provide an insight into recent guidance provided by the Technology & Construction Court and the rise of ‘smash and grab’ adjudications.

- The Adjudication process from the Notice of Adjudication to the Adjudicator’s decision to enforcement
- The approach of the Technology & Construction Court to the application of the payment provisions
