He is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with experience in professional practice and with main contractors on a wide range of projects from city centre refurbishment to heavy civil engineering. David has been involved in dispute resolution for the last 16 years during which he has gained significant experience in the preparation, presentation and responding to contractual claims. He is also experienced in all dispute resolution procedures including negotiation, mediation, adjudication, arbitration and acting as expert witness in litigation. David also has experience in assisting Government bodies and construction contractors to develop procurement strategies and procedures to achieve best value procurement including t h! e establishment of partnering arrangements.
