Cruden Construction is giving the opportunity to see how it is achieving the requirements of the code on the Castlefields Estate development in Runcorn, followed by a tour of the site.
Since 2001 Cruden Construction has constructed 500 housing units through partnership working with Plus Dane Housing and Liverpool Housing Trust. Plus Dane Housing's Castlefields Estate, located on Kingshead Close, is providing 33 new units.
The partners on the scheme are Plus Dane Housing Group, Halton Borough Council, The HCA, Cruden Construction, John McCall Architects, Tweeds and Sutcliffe Projects.
Places are limited to 16 visitors and will be reserved in order of application.
