Chips at Chips with Urban Splash

You are invited for chips and a nosey around the commercial space at our stunning new building, Chips (see what we did there!). It's at New Islington, Manchester, M4 6BU on Thursday 1 October, 12.30pm – 2pm.

Designed by Will Alsop, Chips isn't your average building. Surrounded by canals on three sides it looks like three fat chips stacked on top of each other. Providing 142 apartments on the upper floors, with the first residents already moved in, and offering 11,723 sq ft of flexible ground floor commercial shell space, Chips provides a perfect opportunity to create your dream office or an amazing waterside bar/restaurant.

Chips is the first mixed-use scheme to be completed at New Islington, Manchester's Millennium Community. New Islington is already home to 37 new houses, a new canal, a new £6.5million health centre, a fantastic public park and when finished will provide 1,700 new homes and 200,000 sq ft of commercial space.
