Capital allowances seminar

Around 96% of commercial buildings in the UK are eligible for but have yet to undergo a retrospective capital allowances claim.

This means that thousands of property owners have not claimed money back from HMRC to which they could, indeed should, be entitled.

Place North West is joining with CA Tax Solutions, based in Altrincham, to deliver a breakfast seminar around the benefits of capital allowances to your property portfolio.

David Elliot, a leading lecturer on capital allowances in Europe and finance director of CA Tax Solutions, will deliver a colourful introduction to how to access the benefits of capital allowances.

This free-to-attend event is open to private investors and developers with portfolios of property.

The event takes place at Lancashire County Cricket Ground on 1 December and starts with registration at 7:30am ready for presentations at 8:00am and a 9:00am finish.
