This seminar aims to assist you in the design of healthy, comfortable workspaces by giving you an insight into the key parameters to achieve, as far as practical, an ergonomically correct workstation, as well as discussing the motivational factors driving ergonomic intervention.

Seminar Structure

• Introduction to workplace ergonomics
• Identification of potential health problems and typical causes associated with the use of technology in the workplace
• Analysis of relevant commercial impacts
• Discussion on legislative requirements
• Step-by-step guidelines for an ergonomic workstation set up, including chair, desk, keyboard and mouse, visual display, and laptop
