The presentation by Elizabeth Obee, head of marketing communications and partnerships at Funding Circle, will give insight into Funding Circle's innovative programme and how it can provide an efficient, scalable way to support local businesses. Lancashire County Council has already developed a partnership approach with Funding Circle to offer a source of finance to their locally based businesses.
