How will GDPR affect you and your practice?  Replacing the Data Protection Act 1998, the GDPR requires every business, large or small, that processes personal data to be compliant with the new rules from 25 May 2018.

The changes have been described as an ‘evolution not a revolution’. As businesses, you will have to review your practices to be able to show you have complied with the new requirements for handling data. The new rules also introduce enhanced rights and tougher penalties for any failings. This 2.5hrs seminar aims to help you identify what are the areas of risk and practical steps you will need to take.

By attending this seminar, you will gain an understanding of your obligations under the 2018 General Data Protection Regulations and equip yourself with the tools required to make your business compliant. Learn how the law affects consent, data use and your client relationships.
