Barrow tenders for £6m building maintenance contract

Barrow Council is seeking companies for a four year building maintenance services framework covering occupied and unoccupied properties within its portfolio.

The council said the contract is worth £6m and has an option to be extended for a further two years.

Deadline for submitting tenders is 12pm on Friday 31 December.
