Associate Director – Quantity Surveying

An established international real estate consultancy is seeking an experienced Associate Director – Quantity Surveying to join its growing Manchester office.

This is an opportunity to step into a senior leadership role within a highly respected, multi-disciplinary property consultancy, working across a diverse portfolio of commercial, mixed-use, residential, industrial and public sector projects throughout the North West and beyond.

The Role

You will take a leading position within the Cost Management team, delivering high-quality pre- and post-contract services while supporting business development and mentoring junior surveyors.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading cost management commissions from inception to completion
• Preparing cost plans, feasibility studies and procurement advice
• Managing tender processes and contract administration
• Providing strategic commercial advice to clients
• Supporting and developing junior team members
• Contributing to work-winning and client relationship development

About You

• MRICS qualified (or working towards chartership with strong experience)
• Proven experience delivering projects across commercial, residential, industrial or mixed-use sectors
• Strong client-facing skills and commercial awareness
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Ambition to play a key role in growing a regional cost consultancy team
