As an experienced off plan sales consultant (who has a track record in selling ¾ or more units per month already), you will be offered a basic salary including commission guarantee of £52,000. This is VERY rare in Dubai.

On top of this guaranteed base, you will earn between £3000-£4000 in commission, for EVERY unit sold. The current top performers in the office are currently earning £200,000 per year, TAX FREE.
