The role

A rare and exciting opportunity exists for a client-side Project Manager to join a highly successful development company.

You will work on projects across the UK and Europe.

The successful Project Manager will currently be working for a consultancy or client-side organisation. You will have experience of running multiple projects, ranging in value. You’ll also be able to lead, communicate at all levels, and work closely with the firm’s directors, as well as external consultants and contractors.

Due to the range of projects and flexible working options, the successful candidate can be based in either Liverpool or Mancheser.

My client is a highly successful, ambitious international development company, which is currently undertaking some exciting, new, mixed-use projects.

The person

As the successful client-side Project Manager, you will:

• Have a degree in Quantity Surveying, Project Management, or similar
• Possess at least five years’ experience, working within a development or consultancy arena
• Have experience of running private sector, commercial projects
• Be highly articulate and able to communicate at all levels
• Show ambition and drive
