Are you an experienced Health & Safety professional looking to take on a challenging and rewarding role? We are looking for a CDM Advisor/Principal Designer Advisor.

Our Client is a specialist Health & Safety Consultancy that offers CDM Advice and Health & Safety Consultancy services to clients in the construction industry. Their team of experienced professionals have a wealth of knowledge and expertise and we are looking for an individual with the same qualities to join them.

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the management team with bid submissions, marketing strategies and work-winning exercises, as well as developing existing and new client relationships. You will also be required to deliver the role of Client CDM Advisor and or Principal Designer Advisor on allocated projects.

You should have excellent communication and organizational skills, and be comfortable dealing with clients and other key stakeholders. You must have a strong understanding of Health & Safety regulations and the ability to apply them to construction projects. You should also have experience in the preparation and issue of Health and Safety files.You will be supported in your professional development, with continuous training and development opportunities available. The ideal candidate will have experience in Health & Safety management, with an emphasis on CDM, and should be familiar with the regulations and requirements of the Construction Design & Management Regulations 2015. You will need to be able to effectively manage and control construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that all legal and regulatory requirements are met.

The successful applicant will have:

• A relevant qualification in CDM/H&S, such as a NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of key legislation and regulations in the construction industry
• The ability to build relationships with clients, colleagues and third parties
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience of project management and delivery
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work to tight deadlines
• A full driving licence
