MRICS Rating Surveyor

A well respected and acknowledged practice is currently seeking an MRICS Rating Surveyor in the North West.

This role is an ideal opportunity for an individual looking for the next step in their career with a rating role offering greater responsibility and autonomy, perhaps suiting a surveyor who maybe feels frustrated and stifled in a larger, more corporate environment.

Reporting into the firm’s directors you will be an integral part of this successful firm taking a key position within the Rating team, being able to use your existing market success, tenacity, valued experience, and knowledge to support the directors on helping shape the future of the department, whilst also taking ownership of what happens in your own career.

Within this Rating Surveyor position, you will take responsibility for your own caseload and contribute to fee billing and profit targets. You will have direct client liaison and will provide bespoke rates appeal and mitigation advice, pursuing cases through check, challenge, appeal including presenting at valuation tribunal. Being a confident communicator, you will enjoy liaising with existing clients and potential new business and will have a strong drive to achieve the best results possible.
