Are you a Senior QS with experience of new build housing schemes? Do you currently work within either a residential developer or contractor delivering these projects?
I am working exclusively with a client who is looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor or QS looking for that next step. You will take full responsibility for all commercial aspects relating to a large scale residential scheme which will present you with challenges and longevity. Working closely with an Assistant QS you will both be responsible for ensuring the commercial efficiency of the project.
