      Our client is a highly successful Liverpool based developer, with an impressive portfolio of investment properties and ambitious future growth plans. They have a unique opportunity for a Marketing Director, to lead the marketing team and develop long term marketing strategy which falls in line with their company vision to be pioneers in the market.

      Their vision is to become a news and knowledge-based platform who are constantly educating the market and using social media content, videos and creative design work to speak to their audience, by not constantly pushing product but rather establishing ourselves themselves as the number one trusted online source for information on property investment.

      The main responsibilities will include:

      Managing all online marketing campaigns and lead ad spend, both UK based and internationally.
      Developing the brand and website, managing Google campaigns, PPC, tracking data and performance.
      Generating brand awareness and higher traffic by implementing social media, SEO and online strategies.
      Managing the company’s social media platform and web advertising.
      Developing social media strategies, video content and regular news articles and updates.
      Researching local areas with investment properties for sale (Liverpool/Manchester/Birmingham), creating content online/videography to attract buyers from the UK and Internationally. This will include local events, sports, attractions, music and leisure, interviews with local celebrities etc.
      Managing a small team of marketing executives
      Identifying the latest trends and technology within the industry that we can use to our advantage.
      Ensuring KPI’s and conversions are increased via building the correct marketing funnels and strategies.
      Analysing site traffic including click navigation, shopping patterns, and purchase conversion.
      Monitoring and maintaining the media budget keeping it within the required monthly market budget.
      Preparing and presenting digital marketing reports to the directors on a regular basis.
      Track and monitor KPI’s of the marketing teams ensuring spend vs conversions are applied strategically.
      Key requirements for the role:

      Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.

      Previous experience as a Marketing Manager/Director within the Property Investment sector/or a developer

      In-depth knowledge of digital marketing techniques.

      Experience with social media networking and advertising.

      Knowledge of digital marketing tools, SEO best practices, and brand exposure techniques and creating video content.

      Advanced project-management skills.

      Knowledge of the latest technology and trends within the industry.

      Our client is offering an attractive package of circa £60,000 plus a performance related bonus OTE £80,000k. The role will be based in Liverpool.
