New-Build Sales Professional

Our client is a successful property consultancy with a reputation for quality, professionalism and superior customer service. They now have an opportunity for an experienced property sales agent to work on a prestigious new build site of apartments, located in Salford Quays.

Working within their highly successful sales team, you will be responsible for selling high quality apartments both off plan and on site, to a mixture of owners, investors and ‘help to buy’.

You will be responsible for managing the sales process from start to finish and completing all relevant paperwork for the ‘help to buy ’scheme.

This is a rare opportunity to work within a prestigious organisation, who offer can high quality training and development, a competitive salary and commission package along with a clear path to career progression. We are looking for an exceptional new build salesperson/estate agent, with who has drive, passion and an excellent track record for selling properties.

You should be able to naturally develop existing client relationships as well as generate new business. To be considered for this role, you must be highly professional, with the ability to work under pressure and be driven to succeed in a highly competitive market.

Offering a basic salary of £25,000 – £30,000 plus commission with an OTE of £45,000.

Working hours will run from Tuesday to Saturday 10-5pm.
