This event will examine the latest housing projections and growth implications across the North West, from Cumbria to Cheshire, plus the emerging Greater Manchester spatial strategy.

With updates from local authority policy makers and an insight into what developers need to bring forward sites, expect a lively discussion on how the planning system and neighbourhood planning need to be proactive in planning for new homes across our region.
