David Partridge, Joint Chief Executive of Argent will be talking about Argent’s schemes in Manchester with an emphasis on their latest speculative scheme, The Hive in the Northern Quarter. He will be joined by Sir Howard Bernstein, Chief Executive of Manchester City Council, to discuss working in partnership with the council.
