John Whitehead – Fulcrum Infrastructure Management Limited
John is responsible for the delivery of Fulcrum's compliance framework and organisational development programmes, ensuring that the services delivered by Fulcrum are of a consistently high standard, meet the needs of clients and manage the risks of shareholders and investors. He also manages special projects such as portfolio wide procurement and lifecycle initiatives.
Since joining Fulcrum in 2006, John has undertaken a number of roles including leading the operational management of the NHS LIFT portfolio across Fulcrum and delivering a series of award winning NHS LIFT development projects in the boroughs of Knowsley, Halton, St Helens and Warrington at Renova Developments Limited.
John is a Chartered Project Management Surveyor (MRICS) and a member of the Association for Project Management (MAPM)
Daniel Clarke – Balfour Beatty
Familiar with the detail of PP/PFI contracts and the requirements and constraints they bring, Daniel is technically qualified in design, build and management of healthcare, education, university and commercial estates. Presently responsible for a nationwide portfolio with local projects being Fire Stations in Liverpool and Schools in Knowsley.
During his time at BBI, he has been central to the continued bidding success and prudent management of the established lifecycle funds for BBI's accommodation interests. His role involves full client liaison, producing lifecycle cost plans/estimates, providing option appraisals, and issuing variations and operational programmes, ensuring the transparency in their calculation and auditable source data.
