Robert Pinkus & Co have been retained by Zabou Clothing to market a 41,000 sq ft factory and warehouse in Preston's former mill district.
Located on Shelley Road close to the junction of Aqueduct Street in Preston, the available space sits within a larger site occupied by Zabou. Rental price is £2.50/sq ft.
