A free event for Manchester's young property professionals. "This is our end of year special and we've finally got a room all to ourselves," one source close to a Yuppie said.

"So sport your Christmas jumper with pride, grab an oversweet spiced wine and get schmoozing.

"We're kicking off at 6pm and our DJ will be serving up music all night. We're in this one for the long haul…"
