Wythenshawe offices fully let

Wellness International has taken up the final 6,500 sq ft spot in Dakota House, situated at Concord Business Park off Shadowmoss Road.

The occupational health and wellbeing provider has signed a 10-year deal with Praxis Real Estate Management to relocate from its 2,500 sq ft Wilmslow base.

Dakota House provides a total of 40,000 sq ft of Grade A office space across three floors. The building underwent a £3.2m refurbishment in 2016.

Wellness International joins existing tenants such as Meridian in the Wythenshawe office building. Brammer Buck & Hickman also signed up for 20,000 sq ft at the business park in November 2019.

Canning O’Neill, Williams Sillitoe, and Cushman and Wakefield advised Praxis on the deal. Wellness International represented itself.
