JLL adds to project services

Jones Lang LaSalle has made two appointments and three promotions in its project and development advisory team in Manchester.

Ollie Broadbent, who joins from Davis Langdon, and Matthew Benton, latterly of Drivers Jonas Deloitte, both took up roles as senior surveyors.

Broadbent brings PFI development experience to the team having advised clients from across the private and public sectors.

Benton handled major project management and professional services instructions for his previous employers.

Meanwhile, Richard Kelly and Jonathan Wiedemann were promoted to local director and Rob Critchley to senior surveyor.

JLL's development clients include Shell International, ThinkMoney, Manchester University and GE Capital.

Peter Lees, director, said: "We have continued to grow despite a challenging market in the North West. The recruitment of Oliver and Matthew and promotion of Richard, Jonathan and Rob demonstrates our focus on building on the breadth of expertise for our clients and recognition of the success of the team. We are committed to growing the team further and expect to be announcing more new recruits in 2013."
