Windows supplier moves to Needham space

Ink manufacturer The Needham Group has sub-let two units on Salford's popular Westlink Industrial Estate to glazing firm Pride Windows Manchester.

Knight Frank acted as agent for The Needham Group in the deal, sub-letting a total of 3,751 sq ft on a three-year lease at a rental level of £5.60/sq ft.

Demand for properties on the estate on Guide Street in Manchester remains strong. Andrew Johnson, industrial agency surveyor at Knight Frank's Manchester office, said: "Westlink remains a very popular business location in Salford. It offers good quality industrial accommodation at a competitive price."
