Wigan & Leigh Housing seeks consultants for £4.8m scheme

Wigan & Leigh Housing Company is looking to establish a framework of six consultants to help deliver 600 new build residential properties within the borough.

The housing group is seeking to appoint suitably qualified consultants who can progress in partnership on the provision of mainly affordable housing to meet the timescales and quality standards agreed with funding bodies which may include, but not be restricted to the Housing Corporation and or Homes and Communities Agency.

The framework agreements will be awarded for a period of four years, with the programme estimated at a total value of £4.8m.

The deadline for submitting tenders is 16 February 2009.
