WHR hires partner from Lambert Smith Hampton

WHR Property Consultants has appointed Lambert Smith Hampton’s head of rating Bev McDougall as a partner in its professional team.

McDougall worked for ES Group before its acquisition by Lambert Smith Hampton in 2015.

She will be based out of WHR’s Manchester office and will take up her role immediately.

Gareth Buckley, partner at WHR, comments: “The British rating system is in a state of turmoil at present and having already won a landmark case at the high court, we are extremely busy advising our clients on the best course of action following the revaluation.
