WHR expands industrial team

WHR Property Consultants has boosted its industrial team by appointing James Goode as senior surveyor.

Goode joins the Manchester-based consultancy after five years at Roger Hannah & Co, where he was head of private treaty agency.

Goode will be working alongside Mike Rooney, Simon Hampson and Jack Weatherlit on the firm’s industrial and logistics clients, including Peel Estates, Stoford, Property Alliance Group.

Rooney, partner and head of WHR’s industrial agency, said: “James joins us at an incredibly busy time for our department. This has been a record year for our team and in the last three months alone we have secured more than 500,000 sq ft of new instructions. James will become a key part of the team as we work together to capitalise on the current improving conditions in the North West industrial sector.”
