Watchdog in Piccadilly Place relocation talks

The Equalities and Human Rights Commission could reportedly be letting 40,000 sq ft at Argent and Carlyle's Piccadilly Place in Manchester, following recent talks.

The human rights group would move from its existing office accommodation at Arndale Tower into Piccadilly Place, near to the station in Manchester city centre.

Equalities and Human Rights Commission are being advised by GVA Grimley, which are joint letting agents at Piccadilly Place with Savills.
