Wain Homes tables 91-home Cheshire plan
The developer is seeking outline consent for a residential scheme on the 13.5-acre site at Clive Hall Farm in Winsford.
Emery Planning submitted the proposals to Cheshire West and Chester Council, with plans suggesting Wain Homes would offer 27 affordable maisonette homes as well as 64 available on the open market.
Principal designer Barnes Walker’s outline plans show a 91-home scheme with varying room numbers across multiple house types.
A large part of the site’s western half would be reserved for public open space, with houses arranged on streets to the south and west of the development boundary.
Middlewich Road, south of Winsford Trading Estate, would provide access to the development via a junction designed by Tetra Tech.
Wain Homes declined to comment on the application.
