Vivio Developments lets 33,000 sq ft warehouse

Unit A05 at Vista Business Park in Deeside will accommodate Sisters and Seekers, an emerging fashion brand with roots in North Wales.

Legat Owen completed the 10-year lease deal for the 33,000 sq ft shed on developer Vivio Developments’ behalf.

Asking rents at Vista Business Park are based from £8.75/sq ft.

The North Wales development comprises six mid-size industrial units off Manor Lane, to the south of Hawarden.

Sisters and Seekers, who represented themselves, committed to the unit due to the company’s recent growth and rising popularity since it was founded from a family home in 2017.

They will be the first occupants of the shed, which was completed as part of Vista Business Park’s second phase.

Phase one of the site was completed last year, while phase two’s construction has recently concluded.

Other occupiers on the site are Ohme Operations UK with 12,000 sq ft and Belzona UK, which rents 25,000 sq ft.

Matthew Pochin, director at Legat Owen, said: “It was a pleasure to work with such an exciting and ambitious brand in Sisters and Seekers.

“The team are engaging and easy to deal with. It is not surprising that they are making significant in-roads into the fashion sector.”
