VirtenSys signs to Lakeside 5500 at Cheadle Royal

Virtualisation solutions company VirtenSys has signed to the Lakeside 5500 offices at Cheadle Royal Business Park after relocating from Regus at the same location.

Cravenhurst Properties has transferred its existing lease on the premises over to VirtenSys, which will now occupy 8,769 sq ft on the second floor of the office building.

VirtenSys will now see out the lease, paying a rental of £18/sq ft.

Cravenhurst has relocated to group-held premises at Stanley Green Trading Estate, Handforth, in Cheshire.
