Vengrove acquires 56,600 sq ft in Tameside

Let to Bohle and Greyland, the two Dukinfield units were acquired for around £6.3m.

Vengrove acquired the 56,600 sq ft unit at Tameside Park Industrial Estate from a private individual on behalf of VRE Evergreen Logistics Partners.

At the same time, Vengrove has bought a similar sized scheme on Delaware Drive, in Milton Keynes.

Will Hunting, partner and head of European acquisitions at Vengrove, said: “These transactions align perfectly with VREELP’s location, physical real estate, and income profile parameters.

“VREELP’s UK sub-strategy has a narrow target profile of multi-tenanted mid-box and MLI assets in the South East and in Greater Manchester, so we’re pleased to be able to acquire these quality assets as the first in the UK and continue VREELP’s strong early acquisition momentum in our target countries.”

Vengrove was advised by CBRE, Simmons & Simmons, and Nova Ambiente.

King Street Real Estate advised the vendor.
