Vectos makes new hires and promotions

The transport planning and infrastructure design consultancy has made two appointments and two senior promotions in its Manchester office.

Phil Tilby has joined Vectos as an associate from Systra, and Tim Ashley as a transport planner from RSK.

Separately, Richard Whiting has been promoted to associate director, with Paul Whitaker promoted to associate to support the senior management team.

Vectos is an independent consultancy, currently employing 30 staff in Manchester and more than 120 staff nationally.

Projects the team is advising on in Manchester includes St John’s, Spinningfields and London Road Fire Station for Allied London; Manchester Central and Embankment East for Ask Real Estate; Circle Square, the Siemens site and Alderley Park for Bruntwood; City Suites and numerous other towers for Select Property Group.
