Urban Splash lets 10,000 sq ft Liverpool office
Estate agent Berkeley Shaw has relocated from Rumford Place to The Ternary on Old Haymarket.
The company plans to move 30 staff into the Urban Splash-owned block before the end of the year.
Previously occupied by a performing arts centre, the Ternary provides just shy of 10,000 sq ft across three floors in Liverpool city centre.
Last year, Berkeley Shaw acquired KM Real Estate, Keppie Massie’s residential arm, and the relocation of its city centre operations is part of the group’s growth strategy.
“We want Berkeley Shaw and KM Real Estate to be the go-to property professionals in Liverpool City Region,” said managing director John Baybut.
“The city has never needed local residential expertise more than it does now and we are pleased to invest in our home city. We strive to add asset value for our clients and we want to work with local, national and international landlords who share our vision for doing business with integrity and professionalism.”
Berkeley Shaw also has offices in Formby, Southport and Crosby.
Good to see this company expanding, and this attractive looking office block in use, the area around Haymarket has decent landscaping and nearby bars etc.
