University picks consultant team for £60m framework

The University of Manchester has picked a team of architects, project managers, surveyors, and construction consultants for a £60m framework to help deliver its development pipeline.

Winners across the framework, which covers a wide range of disciplines, include AHR, Rider Levett Bucknall, AA Projects, Gleeds, Arup, Curtins, and WSP.

Consultants will work on a wide range of projects including demolition works, refurbishments, new-builds, and maintenance schemes.

While the University was looking to procure 13 different lots, no winners were picked for either lot covering NEC supervisor services or clerks of works, with either no tenders received, or all tenders being rejected by the university.
