Under Armour coming to Liverpool One

The sports apparel brand is taking 3,000 sq ft at the shopping hotspot.

Under Armour will be taking over the former AllSaints store and setting up shop at unit 70 on South John Street.

The Liverpool One store will be the brand’s first shop in the city. It will also be Under Armour’s second location in the North West – there is also an Under Armour Factory house at Cheshire Oaks.

A press release teasing the new store teased that Under Armour would deliver “an enhanced customer experience” at Liverpool One.

“We are delighted to welcome leading sports apparel brand Under Armour, solidifying our strong market position,” said Rob Deacon, senior asset manager at Liverpool One owner Grosvenor.

“At Liverpool One we are continually evolving our line-up for consumers, delivering an increasing number of firsts amongst retailers and operators, as well holistic experience-led offerings,” Deacon continued.

“We are confident that Under Armour will flourish at Liverpool One in this next exciting step in their brand journey.”

Metis and CBRE represented Grosvenor on the deal. CBRE acted for Under Armour.

These include Charlotte Tilbury, Russell & Bromley, Kick Game, The Vintage Store, Slim Chickens, Bershka, Timothy Oulton, Gordon Ramsay’s Bread Street Kitchen and Bar, and coffee shop Bean.
