Two relocate to The Parks

Bilsdale Properties has announced two lettings at its office development in Haydock, located off Junction 23 of the M6 motorway.

Barhale Construction has signed for 2,000 sq ft and is relocating from Birchwood Boulevard in Warrington.

The Phirst Group has taken 3,500 sq ft and is consolidating a number of satellite offices across the North West, mainly in the Greater Manchester area, into the one unit.

Both firms join existing occupiers including Speedy Hire, Halsalls Solicitors and Pugh Auctions.

Richard Wharton, from Jones Lang LaSalle, who advised Bilsdale Properties, said: "These latest transactions were completed at The Parks amidst strong competition from competing schemes. These two company's desire to relocate their offices to this location emphasises the inherent strengths; it's situated on Junction 23 of the M6 motorway at its intersection with the A580 East Lancs Road connecting Liverpool and Manchester.

"Following these latest lettings we now have just two offices available providing accommodation from 1,200 sq ft to 4,600 sq ft."

Bailey Deakin Hamilton acted jointly with Jones Lang LaSalle in the deals. Details of the rental agreements were not disclosed.
