Two lettings secured in Eccles

Two new occupiers have been secured at Lyntown Trading Estate in Eccles.

Coultons Bread will occupy 10,608 sq ft and FP & S Parts is taking 5,188 sq ft of space.

Both firms signed 10-year leases at £4.25/sq ft with La Salle Investment Management.

Matthews & Goodman and Davies Harrison are joint letting agents.
