Two deals done at Premier Park
On behalf of owner Lothbury Property Trust, JLL’s industrial team has let units of 7,663 sq ft and 4,700 sq ft at Premier Park within Trafford Park.
Marketing and design agency Creation 360, has taken a 10-year lease on the larger unit and has relocated from Altrincham. Manufacturer Cable Glands UK, which already occupied a unit at the site, has expanded its presence by taking the adjacent space.
JLL said that the lettings leave a 15,000 sq ft unit under offer and a 11,145 sq ft unit available at the nine-acre development, which comprises 20 units. Current occupiers at Premier Park include The Fragrance Shop, BBC, Whirlpool and Brew Tea Company.
Richard Johnson, director at JLL, said: “We have seen strong demand in the estate and its position is helped by there being very little competing space of its calibre on the market. With one unit under offer and the other receiving strong interest, we are hopeful Premier Park will be fully let over the next few months.”
JLL and B8 Real Estate are retained as joint agents for Premier Park.
