Two deals at North Cheshire Trading Estate

FI Real Estate Management has secured a double deal at the site in Prenton, with two tenants taking 10,100 sq ft between them.

Wet rooms installation specialist Wetrooms Online has taken 5,940 sq ft while private fitness business Elite-SN has taken 4,160 sq ft, both in recently-refurbished units.

Following the deal, there are two further refurbished spaces available, one of 5,290 sq ft and another of nearly 5,000 sq ft. Legat Owen and Mason Owen are joint agents for the site.

Located off Junction 3 of the M53 in Birkenhead, the industrial state totals more than 117,000 sq ft and includes units ranging from 3,400 sq ft to 37,000 sq ft.

A spokesperson for FI Real Estate Management, said: “North Cheshire Trading Estate’s location and connectivity are major selling points, but tenants also require modern, smart industrial spaces for their teams. Most of the units here were originally built in the 1970s so they were well overdue an upgrade. We’re delighted to welcome Wetrooms Online and Elite-SN.”
