Tushingham Moore recruits Midlands specialist
Manchester-based retail agency Tushingham Moore has appointed Nick Round as associate partner with responsibility for driving new business in the Midlands.
He joins from EFM Asset Management, part of Boultbee Land, where he spent two years running a number of shopping centres nationwide.
Round, who lives in Astley, Worcestershire but will be based in the Manchester office, has over 25 years' of retail experience and previously worked for rivals Churston Heard and Lambert Smith Hampton.
David Moore, of Tushingham Moore, commented: "One of our core business objectives has been to increase our national presence in the retail and leisure sectors. Having appointed Richard Lyons in October to further establish Tushingham Moore in the South of England, we are now focusing on raising the agency's profile in the Midlands. Having advised a series of high profile clients including St Modwen, Grosvenor and Morley, Nick will certainly make some major steps in achieving this goal."
Round added: "Tushingham Moore is already involved with some significant schemes in the Midlands, such as working with Redevco on the three largest high street and occupational transactions in Birmingham. As one of the leading agencies in the North West it is my belief that we can achieve the same success nationally."
