Tushingham Moore celebrates Birthday letting

Hawkins Bazaar has let a total 2,146 sq ft of new accommodation from Birthdays at 40 Foregate Street in Chester.

Tushingham Moore acted on behalf of Birthdays, helping to secure the deal with the children's toy and gadget retailer, which is being held on a lease at £97,000 a year until June 2012.
