Tritax Symmetry appoints development director

Kate Howe joins the logistics developer from PSP, where she worked alongside local authorities to deliver industrial infrastructure and regeneration projects.

Howe has 15 years of experience in development, having worked for Muse Developments, Cadence Property, and Scarborough Group International. She will be based at Tritax Symmetry’s Manchester office.

As development director at Tritax Symmetry, Howe will work on continuing the company’s industrial project drive. As of September, Tritax had 10 schemes in the works, equating to a total of more than 3m sq ft of industrial space.

Regarding her appointment, Howe said: “Tritax Symmetry delivers unrivalled quality developments which support economic growth across the North West, whilst seeking to exceed occupiers’ expectations.
